As part of London’s international hospital, you will enjoy a rewarding career along with the great range of benefits we offer.
Whatever your area of specialism, we will support and value your contribution to our hospital. Our benefits include:
Annual leave
We offer an annual leave entitlement of 25 days at 7.5 hours in addition to the annual Public and Statutory holidays. Ward based nursing staff also receive a further two statutory days (granted in lieu of working half of all bank holidays).
Bupa Staff Health Trust
We offer all staff the opportunity to join the Bupa Staff Health Trust with your cost of medical insurance being met by the hospital, subject to the rules of the scheme. Employeers can choose to cover partners and dependants at their own cost whilst benefitting from group rates.
Staff discount for self-funded treatment
For any member of staff who wishes to self pay for treatment for themselves or an immediate family member, a discount of 50% off hospital prices is offered.
Life assurance
We offer cover by the hospital's life insurance scheme throughout your employment with the hospital, subject to the rules of the scheme.
Retirement benefits plan
The hospital offers all contracted staff the chance to join the existing Stakeholder Group Pension Plan including matched employer contributions, following a successful probationary period and subject to the rules of the scheme.
Performance bonus scheme
A non-contractual discretionary Performance Bonus Scheme whereby permanent staff members are awarded a percentage of the Hospital’s profits depending on the financial performance of the Hospital.

We support staff in ensuring they have the mandatory/statutory training they need to do their job and access to opportunities to enhance their skills and ability to carry out their role.

The Hospital supports the salary sacrifice scheme whereby purchasing vouchers for your childcare results in tax and national insurance contribution savings.

Discounted membership at a High Street Kensington based gym at a cost of £8 per month.
Season ticket loan
The hospital will advance an interest free loan in respect of your annual season ticket, subject to the successful completion of your probationary period.
