We use the latest technology to help people who are experiencing any degree of hearing loss. Our comprehensive service is run by experienced and sympathetic audiologists who offer hearing tests and expert advice on choosing the right hearing aid.
What does hearing assessment involve?
Our experienced in-house audiologist will make a full evaluation of your hearing. The test generally takes 20 to 30 minutes and is followed by a personal consultation which can take up to an hour.
Results of my assessment
Audiologists understand the emotional as well as the physical problems associated with hearing loss. We will discuss all the options with you, and take time to answer any questions you may have.
Hearing assistance
If you need a hearing aid we can recommend the one that best meets your individual needs. We will take an impression of your ear and will have the aid made specifically for you, usually within a week.
To make sure the hearing aid is working well for you, we provide a 30 day trial period and offer regular check-ups. We can also talk to you about the other hearing assistance products such as remote control or Bluetooth devices that can link your hearing aid to a TV, phone or MP3 player.
We also provide a walk-in service for battery replacement, and repairs.
