Our patient survey is one of many important indicators we use to measure how we are performing as a hospital and we take these results very seriously in order to achieve our aim of living healthier, happier lives.

I'd like to share my opinion of Bupa Cromwell Hospital - how can I do that?
If you are an inpatient, we will ask that you complete a questionnaire whilst you are at the hospital or soon after you have gone home. We also welcome feedback from outpatients and visitors.
We can take your call between 8am-8pm Monday to Friday, and between 8am-2pm Saturdays.
