Our highly skilled and experienced consultants specialise in a range of areas, including general practice (private GPs), orthopaedics, sports and exercise medicine, physiotherapy, cardiology, endocrinology, rheumatology, osteopathy, pain management, podiatry, spinal surgery, respiratory medicine and urology.

Its location makes us the ideal clinic for busy professionals – providing a fast-track service for diagnosis, consultations and treatment plans.

We have 16 consulting rooms, two treatment rooms for minor procedures and an imaging suite with MRI, X-ray and fluoroscopy.

Basinghall Clinic treats patients from all the major insurers as well as self paying patients.

Our services

Comprehensive range of cardiac investigations including pathology, ECGs, echocardiograms, holter monitors and ambulatory blood pressure monitors.

We also offer the Zio XT Monitor provided by iRhythm, a cardiac monitoring service that is proven to detect irregular heart rhythms quickly and accurately.

Basinghall Clinic offers a self pay package for patients experiencing heart related symptoms. The package includes a call from the Cardiac Team, an ECG, echocardiography and blood tests. The package also includes a consultation with the most appropriate Consultant Cardiologist based on presenting symptoms, who will go through your results and explain next steps. Total package cost is £820.

We offer two coronavirus tests through the Montague Clinic at Basinghall Clinic:

  • PCR swab test for signs of active infection.
  • ABBOTT Antibody Test: Blood test for signs past exposure

Consultations and full range of diagnostic tests for patients with type 1 and type 2 diabetes, endocrine and metabolic conditions, plus lipid disorders and obesity.

The Montague Clinic is a rapid-access private GP service delivering high quality care within Basinghall Clinic.

Consultations with orthopaedic surgeons to diagnose and plan treatment for musculoskeletal conditions. Diagnostics include imaging services such as MRI, ultrasound and X-ray.

Diagnosis and treatment for a range of musculoskeletal conditions, including neck and back pain, frozen shoulder and tennis elbow. Services include biomechanical postural assessment, acupuncture and joint mobilisation and manipulation.

For the management of chronic pain, back and neck pain as well as spinal, pelvic and nerve pain. Diagnostics include postural assessment and imaging scans.

Mobilisation, manual therapy, massage, acupuncture and shockwave therapy, plus Pilates classes to improve pelvic floor and core muscles – all in our purpose-built rehabilitation gym.

Diagnosis and treatment of injuries and disorders affecting the foot, ankle and lower limb, including heel pain, foot deformities and Achilles, calf, shin and knee problems.

Diagnosing and treating conditions such as asthma, pneumonia, COPD, lung cancer and pneumothorax. Diagnostics include spirometry testing and chest X-ray.

Diagnosing and treating inflammatory conditions affecting your muscles and joints (rheumatism). Diagnostics include blood tests, X-ray, ultrasound or MRI scans.

Consultations with spinal consultants and neurosurgeons to diagnose your condition and plan your treatment. Diagnostics include MRI and X-ray.

Diagnosing and treating problems with muscles, bones and joints – with a focus on returning you to full activity, whether sport or occupational.

Diagnosing and consulting on conditions of the kidneys and bladder in both sexes, and the prostate and genitalia in men. Diagnostics include pathology, flow rate and bladder scanning as well as prostate multi-parametric MRI scans.
