Background Information

Research interests include vascular (tumour blood vessel) targeted therapies, functional cancer imaging, combining biological approaches with chemoradiotherapy, and stereotactic body radiosurgery. He is assisting implementation of new radiotherapy techniques at St Thomas' such as IMRT/IGRT. Heavily involved with Cancer Imaging Research at Guy's, chief investigator  of dynamic MRI study in rectal cancer, chief investigator of phase I MRI study utilising a novel contrast agent.  Involvement with audit and clinical governance. Published widely and peer reviews scientific papers on vascular targeting.
