Mr Bentley is a Consultant Ophthalmic Surgeon to Central Middlesex Hospital. He obtained degrees from Kings College School of Medicine and Dentistry (1988) and Aston University (BSc Hons Ophthalmic Optics 1980). He has special interests in Strabismus and Paediatric Ophthalmology, Small incision cataract surgery and Botulinum toxin. He currently holds the post of Vice President of The Royal Society of Medicine section of Ophthalmology. He is a visiting Professor at Middlesex University and an Hon Senior Lecturer at Imperial College. He is an international member of The American Academy Of Ophthalmology and The European Strabismus Association.
