Paying for treatment

We welcome both insured and self-pay patients as well as company and embassy-sponsored patients.

Insurance

We work with most private medical insurance companies. You don't need private medical insurance with Bupa to come to Cromwell Hospital.

Before you are admitted to the hospital, please contact your private medical insurer and ask them to confirm they are authorising the treatment and the reference number.

If you are covered for the treatment you require, you will need to get a referral from your GP.

Self pay

Self pay means you can have fast access to our consultants and services without the need for private health insurance. Anyone can self pay and you can avoid waiting lists.

We offer a wide range of tests, treatments and surgical procedures which you can pay for when you need them. Please note, in most cases your consultant will invoice you separately for their services.

Fixed price

With our fixed price packages, you'll know exactly what you're getting from the start. A fixed price package includes your treatment in hospital and follow-up consultations so there'll be no hidden costs.
