Bupa Cromwell Hospital attracts patients of many different cultures and religions and we are used to assessing patients with wide range of tastes, sensitivities and preferences. If you are an inpatient, please let us know of any preferences, and we will prepare food which is appealing and nutritious. We can also cater for religious considerations such as Halal-prepared meals and periods of fasting.

In addition to helping patients in hospital, our dietitians provide nutritional counselling for outpatients with a wide range of conditions.

Making an appointment
For all adult appointments a letter of referral from a GP or consultant will be required before an appointment can be made. Self-referrals are accepted for paediatric patients.
How do I pay for treatment?
The use of this service carries a charge. For patients with private medical insurance, payment will still be required which can then be claimed back from the insurance company. Alternatively, an authorisation code can be provided in advance where the insurance company will be billed directly.
